It’s basically an unavoidable fact that if you practice shibari for any serious amount of time, you will have to cut rope at some point.

The safety of you and your partner should always be the highest priority, and here at Westland, we want to support that. We don’t want the cost or preservation of rope to ever be a factor in that decision, whether it’s the bottom using a safe word, or the top noticing that something is off. Rope can be replaced, but you can’t replace a life.

So here’s our guarantee: In the event that you have to cut your Westland rope due to an emergency, we will replace it at no cost to you, period.
